Foscam.se specializes in providing affordable wireless IP cameras for consumers and (small) enterprises. Our cameras are affordable for consumers, and still have all the necessary options and functions and is on par with professional cameras. We also try to keep things simple for you by selecting the best and most reliable low, medium and high range cameras. It allows us to give you the best possible support, because we have technical knowledge of each product in our range.

Orders, delivery and shipping:
Any of the products in our store can be purchased by credit card. Once we receive your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. Once we receive your order, we will send your product (s) as soon as possible, typically within 1-5 business days and we will send you an invoice via email. Shipping is done through PNL (Posten). We will email you a track and trace number, it means that you can track the item via PNL (Posten) website.
Note to customers outside Sweden:
EU consumers should always pay 25% VAT
For customers within the EU as an entity with a valid VAT registration number, it is possible to buy without VAT under EU rules. Send us an e-mail for instructions first before you place your order as your VAT number to be checked. We can not refund VAT for purchases made.
Cancellation & refund policy:
When you buy from a web shop, you have a return period of 14 days after receipt of the product (s). Within this period, you can cancel the order and return the product, provided it is in good condition and in original salable packaging. The cost of such a return would be for the customer's own expense. Please contact us before you return the product (s) and give us the invoice number. Make sure that the product is properly packaged and postage prepaid. You must also indicate the invoice number in the box / package when you return the product.
All our products have minimum 1 year warranty. If a product proves to be defective within one year after your purchase, simply return it to us and we will replace it (and pay the cost of shipping it to you, but only in the event that these are sent with POSTEN, unless otherwise agreed in advance). You only pay for the shipping of the defective product, while we will pay for shipment of the new product (Note: accidental and / or water damage is not included).
