5. WARRANTIES AND COMPLAINTS

8. FORCE MAJEURE

As liberating circumstance be considered among others. a government action or omission, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades, terrorism, war, fire, flood, sabotage, accident, extend, or other type of natural disaster. The force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, such as restrictions in the indication, warnings, ban on sale etc, abnormal decline in the market and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affect the business.
